Magnum 500 wheel size(s) for 1982 Avanti

I just purchased a 1982 Avanti and want to replace the wheels/tires with some Magnum 500 / BF Goodrich T/As.  There are 15x6 with 4" back spacing and 15x7 with 4.5.  Is there a recommended choice for the wheel size?  And recommended tire size for that wheel?

There have been stories of Turner disc brake conversions interfering with Magnums. I think Gunslinger had that issue but he resolved it. Might check fit if you have the Turners. Mike
