mfg Posted December 23, 2022 Report Share Posted December 23, 2022 (edited) Why was a 'divider' cast into Lark-Hawk carburetor air caps or 'bonnets' (on R2 engine equipped cars), while R2 engines installed in Avantis had no such divider in the carb bonnet? Yes...I've never really heard it explained, but with the bend in the Lark bonnet which the Avanti bonnet does not have..I feel the divider helps direct air flow....Well done Paul.
