Sorry That's fine..no problem!.............As far as finding the air filter cover, one from a '53-'57 Studebaker V8 car (2 barrel carb) "side draft" type air filter assy. will fit....It would need chrome plating though! Leo B Posted March 7, 2022 Author Report Share Posted March 7, 2022 (edited) There are two ones. One on the cover and one with a bracket. I dont see those from very early photos but most fresh photos from engine have those or at least one clip. I dont have Authentic Manual near to check. Im now spending lazy days in my cottage. I dont know where to get those clips. Here is also photo 1964 R2 Barnfind which same clips. (Added to later production?
