mfg
Identical grill and front fender side emblems were used on '64 Super Larks and '64 Super Hawks......True?
brad
True, 63 grille emblems on Larks had RX [X being the 1 or 2 depending] on one color,[on one side of the "S"], and a asterisk on the other. In 64 they put the R on one side, and the X [1 or 2] on the other side of the "S" 63 side emblems were rectangular and said Avanti powered. In 64 they were oval plastic with a chrome ring. mfg
Nope,...We're speaking of '64 only' here brad, Can anyone else answer the question as posted?
mfg
Answer...the answer here is false. Although the '64 Super Lark and Super Hawk grill and fender side emblems look just alike, the grille emblem is much 'thicker', and has 'reliefs' on the Super Lark to conform to the Lark style grill!
