mfg
Can anyone think of a component part of a Studebaker Avanti R3 supercharger system which is EXACTLY interchangeable with the one used on a 1958 Studebaker Golden Hawk supercharger system? (Not speaking about 'nuts and bolts' here!!)

brad
The tension arm nylon bushings, the idler pulley bearing. The supercharger mounting bolts. The internal ball driver, the internal oil pump. The races, the impeller.........need more?
mfg
"The pin that prevents the races from spinning!!".......True enough!....... (If we break down the supercharger system components into their various individual parts....which was not the intent of this question) ANSWER.....The lever arm and shaft which connects the throttle bellcrank rod to the carb is the same on both these distinctly different setups..(R3--'57 GH)!
