Gunslinger Posted February 5, 2015 Report Share Posted February 5, 2015 The first thing to do is reset the automatic choke. If the problem persists, add an ignition by-pass wire between the ignition terminal on the starter solenoid and the + terminal on the ignition coil...if it hasn't already been added in the past. It makes for full voltage to the coil and by-passes the coil resister while the starter motor is in operation. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
