mfg
As we know, Dick Van Dyke purchased a new Studebaker Avanti in 1963. He traded the car in after owning it a rather short period of time because.................? 1) Tired of it, wanted something different,...............2) He is quite tall, car lacked legroom,........3) Car seemed too noisy to him,...........4) Too warm in summertime for him. lschuc
I think it is #2; he is tall and he was not comfortable in the car.
mfg
Well, 'bigdaddy' nailed this one....The story goes Dick Van Dyke felt the exhaust noise coming from his white '63 Avanti was excessive...so he traded the car in.....Turns out he was correct, as a cracked exhaust manifold was later found on the car.
