mfg Posted August 3, 2014 Report Posted August 3, 2014 The Studebaker Proving Grounds 'high speed' oval, outside of South Bend, (where Avantis were first tested) was a considerably 'faster' track than the old Packard Proving Grounds oval track in Detroit....True?
