AnAvantiR1for Bob
Base price for 1963 & 1964 R-1 was $4445 and $4843.30 (with 4-speed) for the R-2 making a difference of $398.30. What am I missing in your original question?
mfg
Base price for 1963 & 1964 R-1 was $4445 and $4843.30 (with 4-speed) for the R-2 making a difference of $398.30. What am I missing in your original question? Well, I think that you're adding the extra cost of the four speed trans. The advertised factory price of the 'supercharger' on a Stude Avanti (which, of course, meant R2 engine).....was what now sounds like a giveaway price of $210.00! (I realize that a powershift or four speed trans HAD to be ordered if a customer wanted the R2...but that wasn't the question)
