Not that I've ever seen or heard of. The best you can do is use the original Avanti shop manual printed by Studebaker for overall general use and simply deal with the changes in an '84 as you run into them. Sources like Dan Booth at Nostalgic Motors and Jon Myer's at Myer's Studebaker are priceless sources of information and advice.

I just bought a 1975 and I am an Avanti novice. I just received the manual that GUNSLINGER suggested, it is great and well worth the money.
