In 1963, the Carter Company offered auxiliary throttle valves of different weights for their AFB carburetors.....Using a weight which is heavier than required would cause.........?

.........the airflow (and thus the fuel flow) in the secondary side of the carb to come in later (ie, at a higher engine rpm).
