We are in the final stages of a 1 owner 1964 R2 restoration. We are in search of NOS console woodgrain parts. We will consider buying a complete console or pieces. If reproduction woodgrain material is available we will consider anything if the match is perfect.

NOS parts prefered, shifter bezel, ash tray, vent surround.

Check with Brad Bez, he recently did a restoration with wood grain I think. His email and phone no. are on his web site page.

If you have no luck with the Studebaker vendors and specialists, try Woodgraining by Jim Martin Jim Martin. I've seen his work and it's superb. If I knew about him before I had my Avanti rebuilt I would have gone to him. He can restore back to original appearance or custom appearances.
