lftrn97 Posted April 20, 2011 Report Posted April 20, 2011 I assume this is an 86 305 with the dipstick on the passenger side buy I can't locate anything that might be it. Anyone have a clue. Thanks.
Gunslinger Posted April 20, 2011 Report Posted April 20, 2011 The owners manual for 1987 says "...pull out the dipstick located on the side of the engine." Lotsa help from the factory on that. Maybe they were deliberately vague since different runs of engines might have the dipstick located differently? If nothing else, look under the car and see which side of the oil pan the dipstick tube goes and follow it up.
billy Posted April 20, 2011 Report Posted April 20, 2011 I'm not near mine right now but this picture shows mine. http://avanticars.multiply.com/photos/album/6/Air_Conditioning#photo=5'>http://avanticars.multiply.com/photos/album/6/Air_Conditioning#photo=5 http://avanticars.multiply.com/photos bill
