  1. Still do. Kind of forgot about them. Indy is a loooong way from Atlanta area. Shipping might be costly.
  2. Well, the car sat outside for a couple of rainy weeks and when I opened it up, I noticed that the passenger side carpet was soaked. I sucked out a lot of the moisture with a shop vac and put a dehumidifier in the car. Today, I pulled back the carpet and removed the kick panel and had my wife run hose water all over the car particularly in the cowl vent area, the gap between the cowl and the hood, the passenger door, the right front sun roof drain etcetera while I sat in the car. Nary a drop of water. THe A/C condensate drain is working fine. The heater valve does not leak(the antifreeze smell would be a give away). Any ideas? Thanks
  3. Single connector switched are probably self grounding. If you put a dual connector on there, just run a wire from the other connector to ground
  4. Not sure why i tried a 14" wheel. Tried a 15 x 7" and no issue.
  5. Okay, so who else is interested? Can we get enough to reduce the cost?
  6. So in theory, you could make more of these?
  7. I have a set of 14x6" Magnum 500 wheel with a 3.5" offset. I am thinking of replacing the wire wheels on my 1980 Avanti but there seems to be a slight scraping with the Turner brake caliper. Has anyone tried this and/or used a spacer to eliminate this? THanks
  8. Mine fit pretty well on my 1980. No complaints
  9. I have RQB-3027 and it is a 1980 with the Turner upgrade. The originals are the same as the Studes had
  10. I have a set that were hand drawn but seem pretty accurate. If you have a specific item, I can send you one covering that item
  11. And if i recall correctly, there are a couple that are longer than the rest so remember where they go and don't ask me why they go there
  12. Nice looking car and welcome aboard. Ask away. WE like questions especially if we know the answers🤣
  13. Interesting troubleshooting chart. Since it is now operating normally, I guess it fixed itself. Will keep this as a reference and see what happens. Thanks
  14. Jumped in the usually reliable 1980 Avant today and started off to run some errands. THe car would not get out of first gear no matter which forward position I placed the shift lever in. It would go into neutral, reverse and park without issue. I drove it home and later went out and checked fluid and linkages and found nothing wrong. Took it out again and everything worked fine. Any ideas? Thanks

  16. I recently encountered a problem with my driver's seat back not being able to be folded forward for rear seat access. Here is what I found and how I fixed it in case others have a similar issue. There is a cable attached to the handle that has what looks like a lead end on it to keep it from getting loose from the black flat metal piece that moves to unhook the seat back. See picture below. It looks like a piece of it snapped off allowing the end to slip through the hole I found some split 1/8" fittings at a local Ace Hardware which I attached to the end of the cable after I passed it through the hole in the black metal piece. Here is end result.
  17. I have a bone stock 1980 and it does not have them. I bought a pair but have never installed them.
  18. It is easier with the drivers seat out. At least it is for me as it a contortionist type of maneuver but I have done it many times both with and without the seat in.
  19. I would guess a roller came off the track somehow. Didn't you have other window trouble recently?
