Fueled Avanti!

In a 1981 Avanti ll fuel system, which of these items will wear out faster than one would normally expect, if certain precautions are not taken?..

1) fuel tank........2) fuel pump..........3) carburetor....or.....4) neoprene fuel flex hoses

#4 Neoprene fuel flex hoses. The Alcohol mixed with the gasoline will attack the hoses.

No doubt it will Charlie! (fuel injection type flex hose will do better) however, we're looking for a more (HINT) mechanical item here..........
