Headlights, fog stopped working?

I changed out my ignition switch ,with power off of course and now my headlights and fog do not work? Is there a fusible link somewhere? I know there is a fixed circuit breaker at the end of the fuse box? Before I dig in some advice would be helpful. BTW it all worked 2 weeks ago when I bought the car. So far I hooked up the blower and all the powersteering components and of course the new ignition switch.

found a loose ground on the headlights so now everything but the parking lights work.
