BillyBob
I believe the Ford Crown Vic wheel used is p/n E2AZ-1007-A. Best I can tell, this is a 15 inch diameter wheel with a 6 inch width. The center line diameter for the stud/bolt pattern is 4.5 inches. Here's where it seems to get tricky - some call this a 4.25 inch diameter hole pattern as measured from one hole then skip a hole and measure to the center of the next hole. I do not know model years or specific applications expect what others have mentioned - 1983-1997 Ford Crown Victoria.
