I have an '82 that suffered from a stereo system upgrade. They cut all of the wires to the switch and powered the amp through a single toggle switch in the same spot. I found an antenna switch from an '81 parts car, so I have the switch but don't know what each wire does. The colored wires I found under the dash don't seem to match the colors here. Does the power to the radio go through the switch? I have a yellow wire that looks like it clipped into a fuse in the panel. It splits and looks like it could go to the radio. I attached an image of the switch I salvaged. Is this even the right switch? Does anyone have a diagram that explains the antenna/radio system? I cannot download Ronmanfredi's files. Any help will be appreciated.
