[Stock Magnum 500 wheel size]

Hello again,

I would like to replace one of the magnum 500 wheels on my Avanti. Does anyone know the the stock size and make of the Magnum 500's used by Avanti at the time?

[Accessing trans. cooling hose]

I am trying to access the trans. cooling hose for the center console. In order to do this I need to remove the chrome trim and the carpet from the side of the console near the firewall. I have removed the screws in the carpet but what is holding the trim in place?

[Power steering fluid]

I have a 1970 Avanti II with the 350 chevy motor. I need to top off the power steering fluid and I can't find a reference to what type to get.

[Red light on dash by clock]

I have a 1970 Avanti II and I was wondering what is the red light in the dash just below the clock?

While trying to track down the mysterous button under my dash, I noticed the white wire coming from the button is connected to that red light. But the black wire from the red light is cut. I assumed the red light was a brake warning light but I am not so sure now.

[Mystery Button]

I just purchased a 1970 Avanti II this past weekend. While going through and cleaning the car I came across a mysterous button on the drivers side of the dash. It located underneath the dash close to the chrome plate near the door. It is a little black push button. The only thing I can imagine it is for would be the power radio antenna, which does not work on my car. I contacted the previous owner and he was unaware of that button.
