Fuel sender access hole

Can anyone tell me if the fuel sender access hole is still there on 84 Touring Coupes.I don't want to take the carpet loose if its not there

If the package shelf in the back window is one flat piece you don't have any access. In any instance you will have to remove the seat back and cushion first, then there is a a large block off plate [glued & screwed] to remove. Only then will you see the tank. When you replace the sending unit also replace all the hoses, for the smaller vent fuel,and gas return also the flex line at the bottom of tank. You want to use "fuel injection" type hose as our alcohol laced fuel will deteriorate normal hoses. Good Luck Lou Cote
