If mechanically sound and cosmetically presentable this might be an OK deal at $9500. I have the 1989 convertible and like my car very much.

Seller got a few things wrong about the fiberglass on the Caprice frame and I did not see car mileage. Engine miles sounds good. Personally I would have cleaned up the car before taking the selling photos. Black and blue interior might be a bit dull.
