foxhole
changing the windsheild on this 84 and am having problems determining what is holding the side mouldings on other than 2 tubes of urethane, 1tube of silicone and about 3/4 of a tube of sikaflex,by looking at it i figure its probably either spot welded to the drip rail and has screws hiding below the door seal or is attatched through the inside like a rolls but would prefer to know for sure before i start ripping anything extra apart as everything is rock hard and will likely not just go back together. ernier
There are screws under the weatherstrip. It's glued right over them so either very carefully remove it or get a replacement. ErnieR
Bob Fouts
On my 85, I found that even after the small screws on the side were removed it was extremely difficult to remove the stainless steel trim. Did a lot of delicate prying with scrapers, small wide pry bars, and anything else I could find. Finally got them off with almost no damage: Good Luck!
