They areused, and have a fair amount of pitting, but are still serviceable. Bottom of the lens has "63RQS" stamp on it. One marked "L" the other marked "R" - so I'll make a great leap in logic and guess they are a set. I have tried to add a couple of pictures; can send higher-quality pix on request.
