[Hood Clearance]

I'm installing a GM 350 crate engine in my 1983 Avanti and want to use an Edelbrock 1406 carb and a Edelbrock 2101 intake manifold. Will this set up have proper clearance for the hood? If not, what information do you have if you've done this installation. Thanks, RQB3636

[1983 Avanti Brake Dash Light]

Does the 1983 Avanti (RQB 3636) have a pressure differential switch in the brake line system? What is the process for setting this switch in order to turn the light off. Will the fact that the light is on effect the braking? Note that this car has a Turner disk brake conversion kit.

[Carburator Hood Clearance Issue]

Does anyone have any information regarding hood clearance on installing a 350 SBC in a 1983 Avanti? The engine is: Jeg's #8009-10067343K1 or K2. These engines have Edelbrock carbs mounted to an Edelbrock manifold.
