I need some ideas here. On my 82 the trunk slammed shut and now, the power trunk release does nothing. Makes no noise…nothing. Anybody know how to get the trunk unlocked/unlatched so I can get inside it and figure out what happened? TIA

I think you did reply on Fakebook also. Thank you for that. I got one from Nostalgic Motors. I see what you mean about “aligning” the cap so the gas filler cover would close. My car appears to have a Chrysler Corp ignition switch in it! Thanks again

Thanks guys. I just wasn’t sure where to start. My car looks like an amalgamation of parts. Ignition switch (and key) look to be of Chrysler heritage. Engine/Trans is GM. Frame is Studebaker! It’s interesting!

So…somehow I lost my gas cap. Any ideas on what replacement fits? Anybody have a spare they want to sell? TIA
