Hi. I have not been diligent with this forum. Thanks for the reply. The problem was that the original brackets from the frame to the side bumpers where missing! New ones installed and fiberglass repaired. All good now thx.

Hello all. I'm a new owner and starting to restore a '79.
I've attached two photos of problem areas for your collective input please. Basically dash and console wood veneer, and a front bumper that I'm trying to remove in order to fix some fiberglass (as it looks like someone over tightened something).
