  3. Dear Dwight, can you please give your address to Jim? / Many thanks, Paul
  4. Hello Dwight, have you spoken to Jim? I will ask Jim to return the booster to your address in case the core isn’t useable, okay? Upon receipt you can refund me the $100 minus the costs for shipping the booster to SI. / Paul
  5. Dear Dwight, Studebaker International received the booster, but is not suitable to serve as a basis for a proper rebuild, according Jim Lime*. You can contact Jim. I don't think there's any point in returning it. I understand you're also surprised and that you've incurred costs. Question: How can we resolve this matter? (* = Paul, The core that was sent to us is no good. Part of the housing is broken off and it's missing the cap that surrounds the rod. Jim) Looking forward to hearing from you, Paul

  10. Dear Dwight, :-)… I’ve checked your measurements against mine… the wrong booster and the bracketry from SA and yes… your booster will fit. Pictures are okay… overall fine. With other words… you made my day! Please tell me what you have in mind. Regards, Paul

  15. Hello Dwight, regarding the booster… let me known what price you have in mind and costs for transportation to S-I. / many thanks, Paul
  16. Dear Dwight, it's great that you still have the booster. The bracket and rods were missing when I bought the car, but I was able to buy them from SA 2nd hand. There I also bought the carburetor with air filter, distributor, power steering pump with cylinder, and some other missing parts. I'm still missing the correct R1 fuel pump, the cooling section of the air conditioning unit near the radiator, and some small parts, some of which I'll buy from SI. No rush on this. I'm currently in France, so I can't email you photos of the booster and bracket. I only have one picture of the engine block on my phone. / Regards, Paul
  17. Dear Dwight, I haven't found a booster yet. If you still have one, I'd be happy to buy it from you. I've already purchased many missing parts from Stephen-Allen's and Studebaker International. I prefer to send the booster to Studebaker International, as I can also order other missing parts. Like to hear from you. Regards, Paul
  18. I'm looking for an Avanti Power Brake Booster, new or rebuildable for my 1964 Avanti R1, R4754. Mine came with an unknown booster in the trunk, not an Avanti, which doesn’t fit. Live in The Netherlands. All costs will be paid in advance. E-mail address = 2b-ornot-2b@kpnmail.nl
