[Electronic Ignition Conversion]

Does anyone out there know if a 69 Avanti has a resister wire or ballast resister. I'm converting to electronic and would like to know. 

[Transmission Fluid]

I'm going to have to add fluid to my trans after I fix the cooling line. The question is what fluid should I put in? Thanks in advance for any response.

I checked I D plate , low and behold   no B.   Thanks for the info.   Maiden voyage to Studebaker club meeting . Blew a trans cooler line on the way home. Now I have something to work on!!

I am new to Avanti's. I just purchased a 69. Its in excellent shape and really needs nothing!  I have a question. The serial number is BRQA0269. A friend of mine told me it was the second one built in 69.  I think it was car number 69 out of the 92 built in 69 Who is correct? Thanks in advance for any reply's .
