sat65 Posted September 23, 2010 Report Share Posted September 23, 2010 (edited) When I got my 84 Avanti, the driver's seat bottom was sagging. I took the seat out and found that the bottom was supported by elastic straps, which had streched-out. I ended up getting some 3' long zip-ties and wraping a couple of them around each elastic strap. I snugged the zip-ties up as tight as I could, and it worked great. No more sagging seat bottom... Worth a try if you have the same problem.
