  1. I did mine ..use the one piece as it is a lot stronger also I have extra s.steel pop rivets if you need them...removing all the excess rusted troughs and glue is a (dirty) job onece done wipe the underside down with some cleaner solvent and re glue the new ones in then pop rivet you will have to cut a sq section out of the rear inner wheels well to access some of the bolts at the very end...then reglue the sq back in and cover with undercoating here's 3 links to my you tube posts

  2. I have 29 pcs large head, s.steel pop rivets 3/16 .375-.500 grip, and 80 pcs 3/16 .251-.375 grip (for hog troughs), 2 front brake calipers (they worked when I took them off), one upper a frame piece, a computer off an '83', and a quadrojet carb rebuilt still in box for sale

  3. like they say 'can't hurt' if you cut the floor all you need to do is couple 2" sq. pieces, save the piece and re glue it back when your done, you would need to get a long reach sprayer hose to get reach to the ends of the troughs also look for any drain holes that you can get into you may want to cut a hole in the back wheel well to get the very end of the trough... I made a sprayer out of a garden fertilizer pump sprayer and made a hose attachment for long reach then used it to spray the inside of my frame with it diluted mix

if you cut the holes you may want to blow the troughs out before spraying

  4. I have a rebuilt quadrojet still in the box never installed, the computer off my 83 with all plugs, and extra stainless steel rivets for the troughs or anywhere else you may need them for on your car

  5. here it the body 'goin down' .. http://screencast.com/t/v1qBiA4t I brush painted the rustbullet but you have to work fast (two coats) then used a epoxy type clear overcoat I have two extra unopend quarts of the rustbullet for sale and stainless steel rivets for sale (left overs) <BR>I will say this I now know a heck of a lot about my car as I was involed in every step of this operation and I know there where no 'short cuts' or sloppy workmanship done anywhere!!
