plwindish Posted June 29, 2014 Report Share Posted June 29, 2014 Early II's had the wheel covers and I've seen later years also with the wheel covers, but I don't recall them being the base wheel cover for my '76 sales option list. My 83 window sticker says "wheel covers" as standard equipment and my earlier literature shows four options with wheel covers standard. The literature doesn't have a print date but the II's shown have the added crash bumper so probably mid - late 70's.
