Will any 2006's be produced Etc? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I was at the factory four weeks ago. They were in the process of configuring a new 05 Mustang and building a prototype 06 Avanti around it. It will be substantially larger than the 05 Avanti, closer to the size of the 01-04 models. They also had a pair of Studebakers XUV close to being finished. Not a whole lot of work being done, but there were several employees working on the various projects late on a Friday afternoon (Past 5 o'clock) I inquired about the long range plan for the factory and was told a transfer of ownership will occur hopefully, but they will continue building vehicles even if a new owner is not found.
