I have one on my '02 Avanti...it looks like the one in your first link. I don't remember the company I bought it from but I have the paperwork stored somewhere. When I first looked for one it turned out the manufacturer had discontinued the part for Camaros and Firebirds since they had been discontinued by GM. They were selling the balance of their stock for half price and I picked one up.

It works fine, but the back seat is unusable for passengers when it's installed...no problem for me as carrying passengers is rare for me. It also doesn't affect the operation of the convertible top at all. It's pretty simple to install and uninstall and came with a zip up carrier, which has begun falling apart after a few years. One thing I have noticed is the soft top cover pieces don't fit quite like they should...they work but not as neat as with the wind stop uninstalled.
