AvantiR1 Posted September 21, 2009 Report Share Posted September 21, 2009 I had the shaft that's attached to the fan come unattached somehow today when I was driving my 63 R1. I'm not sure what broke but I cut the belt to try to get the fan off to drive it home the rest of the way, cause it was just wobbling around and grinding against the fan shroud but I still couldn't get the fan shaft and pulley that it goes through out of the hole it goes into so I had to trailer it home. Anyone ever had this happen? It doesn't seem like a big deal...something I can fix pretty easily. I'm just hoping i can find the belt easily and any other part I have to replace.
